1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using StygiaScore (stygiascore.com and api.stygiascore.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend reading this document carefully before using our services. StygiaScore is an independent project; these terms govern its public tools and services.
2. Service Description
StygiaScore provides public analysis and scoring tools for Web3 projects:
- A free unified score (0–100) for any EVM wallet, token, NFT or website, combining Web3 visibility metrics (60%) with post-quantum risk assessment (40%)
- Signed certificate files (JSON + PDF) describing what was measured and how
- Optional self-serve on-chain registration of the certificate hash and SBT minting on Polygon, BNB Chain or Avalanche — you pay the network fees with your own wallet
3. Informational Nature — Not Financial or Security Advice
Scores, certificates and analyses are informational. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, an audit certification, or a guarantee of security, solvency or legitimacy of any project. The score is produced by a deterministic heuristic engine over public data and can be wrong or incomplete. Always do your own research before interacting with any Web3 project.
4. Wallet Use and On-Chain Actions
The free analysis requires no account and no wallet. Optional on-chain actions (registration, SBT minting, certificate pinning) are executed from your own wallet: you review and sign every transaction, and you pay the network fees. StygiaScore never holds custody of your funds or keys and never executes transactions on your behalf.
5. Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree to:
- Not violate applicable laws or regulations
- Not abuse the public tools (automated flooding, attempts to disrupt the service)
- Not use the results to defame, harass or target individuals or projects without basis
- Not misrepresent StygiaScore outputs as certified audits
6. Intellectual Property
The StygiaScore platform, source code, brand, algorithms and documentation are the property of StygiaScore unless stated otherwise. Scores and certificates you generate for your own targets may be used freely by you; redistribution of the platform itself is not permitted.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The heuristic score may change as the engine evolves, and public data sources may be incomplete or delayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StygiaScore shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, its scores, certificates or tools, including financial decisions made by third parties.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
